Led by Dr Alice Loving, consultancy is informed by over 16 years of frontline child protection experience, extensive work delivering therapeutic parenting interventions, and nationally recognised research into what helps families achieve sustainable change. We work alongside leaders, managers and practitioners to strengthen practice, improve assessment and decision-making, and develop services that place relationships at the heart of intervention.
